Many are the professions related to silk and more broadly to textiles. On one hand, there is the creation with the designers, but also the skills involved in dyeing, printing, weaving. Training is provided in textile schools, but there is also a lot of in-company training. The majority of engineers at Brochier Technologies have followed the training at ENSAIT in Roubaix, France.
